About Us

Summer Hills is a community of 126 homes set on the wooded hillsides of Brush Prairie, Washington, north of Vancouver. The community was platted across three phases between 1996 and 1997 and has been governed by the Summer Hills Association since.

What sets Summer Hills apart is the land itself. Properties are tucked into the forested hills with long views over the surrounding countryside, and a network of forest trails runs through the common areas, connecting parts of the neighborhood and giving residents quiet places to walk among the trees.
